By accessing and using the OPIDAS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

OPIDAS is a self-improvement platform designed to help users overcome harmful habits through community support, educational content (Doctrine), and a gamified progression system (Ranks).

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You agree not to share offensive, harmful, or illegal content in the community chat

4. Subscription & Payments

OPIDAS offers a weekly subscription plan processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings.

• A 7-day free trial is included with new accounts
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not available for partial billing periods

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the OPIDAS platform, including videos, text, and graphics, is owned by OPIDAS and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior in the community, or fail to maintain active subscription payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

OPIDAS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
